If the quality of steel pipes and fasteners is not guaranteed or used improperly, there are potential safety hazards. Once the accident is light, it will cause member deformation and personal injury, or serious collapse and personal death and injury

judging from the current use of steel pipes and fasteners on the construction site, the existing problems are very serious. The qualified rate of quality is low. According to the quality spot check results of a city, the qualified rate of fasteners is only 14.5%, and the qualified rate of steel pipes is only 33.3%. The formwork support collapses sometimes due to improper use. There are many reasons for this phenomenon

I. material

1. The qualified rate of fastener quality is very low. One part is the steel plate stamping fasteners once used in the past, which have been seriously aged. Some of them are inferior products, whose materials fail to meet the national standards, and their overall dimensions change (for example, some cross core columns of butt fasteners become three piece core columns, and some of them have insufficient wall thickness, resulting in fracture and deformation). One part is poor maintenance, serious corrosion, sliding wire, and those that should be scrapped will not be scrapped

2. The qualified rate of steel pipe quality is very low. Some are inferior products. Some materials fail to meet national standards, some external dimensions fail to meet national standards, and some weld quality fails to meet national standards. Part of it is poor maintenance. Some are seriously rusted, some are seriously deformed, and some should be scrapped

II. Scheme

1. So far, there is no special technical specification for formwork support, which makes it difficult to prepare the scheme

2. The structural forms of construction engineering are diverse, and the workload of scheme preparation is large. At present, the on-site engineering personnel do not master the scheme preparation of scaffold and formwork support, and the scheme submitted for approval is not practical and technical. Most of them are built based on experience, which either causes waste or has potential safety hazards

III. construction

1. The scaffold is not set up and tied as required or arbitrarily removed, which leads to risky operation. Some do not control the construction load and pile it at will

2. The formwork support is not set up according to the requirements of JGJ specification. In order to save labor and materials, it is often based on experience that no sweeping rod, horizontal tie rod, cross bracing are set, or the spacing of upright rods is increased

3. The formwork support does not control the construction load, there are too many operators, and the concrete clinker accumulation is too high, especially when hard pipe distribution is used

4. Whether the materials are qualified or unqualified, the erection personnel can use them. The tightening torque of fasteners during construction cannot meet the specified requirements. In the process of disassembly, the hydraulic universal testing machine will always encounter some sudden throwing in normal use, causing damage and deformation of steel pipe fasteners

IV. management

1. Poor market supervision, resulting in unqualified products or illegally produced low-quality products entering the market

2. Insufficient supervision of steel pipe and fastener leasing companies in Turkey and Britain has led some enterprises to operate unqualified products

3. It is also a process of transformation and upgrading that leasing companies do not implement the repair, maintenance and scrap system

4. The allocation of detection means is insufficient, and the sampling inspection of mobilized steel pipes and fasteners is not fully implemented

5. Scaffold and formwork support failed to strictly implement the acceptance system before use
