2. The task of energy conservation and emission reduction in the chemical industry is arduous.

in 2009, the energy consumption of the national petrochemical industry was mainly concentrated in the manufacturing of chemical raw materials and chemicals, petroleum processing, coking and nuclear fuel processing industries.
